3rd Day

29th of June, just like usual, we finished eating breakfast in the hotel at 9am, then moved all of our luggage to Mr. Warner’s hired car. He drove me down through the cities, countrysides; I got to see a lot of unique things about the Prairie. I thought Manitoba is a great province to live in. Roblin also plays quite an important role in Agriculture and Development. The soil is rich and it gives a lot of support to the farming, cropping as well as animal breeding.

The ride took us approximately 3 hours to get there, I didn't even know 3 hours had passed that fast. I wasn't paying attention to the time; I was concentrating so much on the landscape. It was around 12.30 when we got to Mr. Warner's house, or farm.. It was such a cutie place to live in. While on the way to here, as well as in his Math class, Mr. Warner told me a lot of his childhood stories about Roblin, all of his interesting activities and ridiculous stuff. We had some organic dishes for lunch, then rested till 3pm. After that we headed to the lake to do some fishing. We went to the Blue Lakes, which in the Duck Mountain Provi

ncial Park. We had a great time there, I got a lot of fish, while Mr. Warner didn’t get any, maybe because I’m a skilled fishing guy, or Warner just sucks at it. After that we decided to camp over night in the Provincial Park, we BBQ-ed fish and shrimps for dinner, it was sooo good and fresh. During the night, Mr. Warner told me stories about his childhood time, when Mr. Warner and his dad went ice fishing on Roblin River during winter. We stayed up late and we were singing around and felt asleep at somepoint.
